What is Organizational Development
Organization Development (OD) is often defined as “a planned, top-down, organization-wide effort to increase the organization's effectiveness and health”.
Training and Development
Our Training and Development Programs assist in enhancing the skills required for effectiveness in management, sales, team building and customer service. These programs are successful due to their unique structure. This structure includes the use of assessments to understand an individual’s inherent strengths and challenges for their position, one-on-one coaching for the participant as well as their direct manager for individualized support and alignment with their manager and the goals for the program, and weekly training sessions for accountability.
Coaching
Our One-on-One Coaching is an integral part of all of our training and development programs and provides specific assistance for individual-identified challenges. All of our coaching includes the use of various assessment tools which help identify an individual’s natural talents and areas of challenge based on their roles in the organization. In addition, we provide one-on-one coaching programs which focus on effective leadership development through the use of 360 evaluations and assist leaders with areas for improvement.
Assessments
Our Assessments are a critical step in building a highly responsive, high performance organization. The assessments are used to help determine the natural talents that are required for success in various roles within the company and matches individuals to those roles. With this knowledge, an organization can streamline the application and interview process and can realize significant cost savings due to reduced turnover and improved customer and employee satisfaction.
Executive Roundtables
Our Leadership Edge Executive Roundtable is a unique monthly roundtable meeting of local CEOs, presidents, or business owners from non-competing companies. The Leadership Edge Executive Roundtable is also designed to focus on improvement in specific key leadership development areas.
